that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Sonia Roji

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame3 and copy/paste
Rotate right 90 degrees
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame2 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open grass2 and copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Open vines and copy/paste
Flip - position upper right of frame
Duplicate - mirror
Add dropshadow of choice to both
Open cluster and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open butterflies and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flowers and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Duplicate - mirror
Add dropshadow of choice to both
Open bird and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open glow swirl and copy/paste
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
