Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open template and delete copyright layer
Open wave and copy/paste
Move layer to bottom
Position bottom of tag
Select raster9
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Repeat for copy of raster9
Select raster8
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
