This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open template and delete copyright layer
Delete pixel words layer
Select left rec1
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Repeat for right rec1
Select middle circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Opens elements48 and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Select left rec2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Repeat for right rec2
Select oval back
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add filters of choice
Select frame
Use Manual color correction tool to match tube
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Select bottom circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
Open elements01 and copy/paste
Move layer above wordart layers
Open elements13 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elements07 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elements02 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elements06 and copy/paste
Add mask of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
