Open template and duplicate - close original
Delete copyright layer
Open element77 and copy/paste
Move layer to bottom
Position upper left of tag
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Select raster9
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow and dropshadow of choice
