PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open element71 and copy/paste
Open element72 and copy/paste
Open element12 and copy/paste
Select inside frames with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open element65 and copy/paste - delete
Open element73 and copy/paste - delete
Open element63 and copy/paste - delete
Open closeup of tube and copy/paste - delete
Select none
Add effects of choice to tube
Open element43 and copy/paste
Position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element41 and copy/paste
Position right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element36 and copy/paste
Position in bottom heart of frame
Duplicate - resize - position in middle heart
Duplicate - resize - position in top heart
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
