Let's get started

*Resize all elements to your liking*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open veil and copy/paste

Open brush and copy/paste

Open tagback and copy/paste

Open clouds and copy/paste

Open frame3 and copy/paste

Free rotate right

Open closeup of tube and copy/paste

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice to frame and tube

Open curledribbon and copy/paste

Position lower right of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Open bow and copy/paste

Position top of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open wordart and copy/paste

Position lower left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open fireflies and copy/paste

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Add name and proper copyright info

Crop and resize tag if needed

Merge visible and save as .png
