Cupcake Surprise
This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radiance
PhotoEffex - Scanlines
Let's get started
Open a new image 700 x 700
Open element18 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element6 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Using your magic wand - select inside brown frames
Open paper2 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Position - delete - select none
Apply Xero - Radiance
Apply PhotoEffex - Scanlines
Change blend mode to Luminance Legacy
Duplicate - mirror
Using your magic wand - select inside pink frame
Open paper4 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Open element11 & copy/paste
Position upper left
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element13 & copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element22 & copy/paste
Position bottom of element13
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element4 & copy/paste
Position bottom
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element2 & copy/paste
Position left
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element1 & copy/paste
Position right
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Apply Xero - Radiance
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
