Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open el6 & copy/paste

Open el11 & copy/paste

Resize 75%

Using magic wand - select inside frame

Open pp6 & copy/paste

Selections - invert - delete - select none

Add dropshadow of choice

Open el36 & copy/paste

Position left of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Open el10 & copy/paste

Position left of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Open el38 & copy/paste

Position right of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Open el31 & copy/paste

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
