Let's get started
Open template & duplicate - close original
Delete copyright layer & stars layer
Select Top Grey Square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper1 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Bottom Grey Square
Select Top Pink Rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper4 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Bottom Pink Rectangle
Select Top Blue Square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper8 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Resize 50% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem19 & copy/paste
Position over tube
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
