that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open splatter & copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Open wordart1 & copy/paste
Open web & copy/paste
Resize 50% - Position upper right of tag
Duplicate - flip - merge down
Duplicate - mirror
Open frame4 & copy/paste
Resize 80%
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper2 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open paper6 & copy/paste - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Delete - select none
Change the opacity of paper6 to screen
Add effects of choice to tube
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open skull2 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open monster1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open monster2 & copy/paste
Resize 20% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open monster3 & copy/paste
Resize 20% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower2 & copy/paste
Resize 25% - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
